had to reload my contacts off of a CSV file and have 22k + contacts. need to figure out how to merge or clean.
Unfortunately Outlook doesn’t really have a merge contact function as of yet, however there are always work arounds.
I suggest you export your entire contact list to a .csv file that can be opened in Excel. Use filters and consolidate to clean up your contact list and then import it back to Outlook once it has been cleaned up.
The key here is that after the export you delete the contacts from Outlook, otherwise you’ll end up with duplicates. Let me know if you need guidance for the export/import or working with Excel to clean up the data. Thanks.
